Lesson fees – our rates
At Dutch for Children, every lesson is tailored to your child’s level, learning goals, and interests. We believe that personalised education leads to the best results.
You can choose from lesson packages of 10, 19, or 38 lessons. The larger the package, the lower the price per lesson.
Preschool (Ages 4–6)
30-minute private lessons

Package Validity
- 10 lessons: valid for 4 months
- 19 lessons: valid for 8 months
- 38 lessons: valid for 16 months
The validity period starts from the date of the first lesson.
What’s Included?
Every lesson package includes:
- Personalised one-to-one online lessons
- An experienced native Dutch teacher
- Teaching materials during the lessons
- Access to Junior Einstein or NUMO (depending on age and level)
- Two detailed progress reports each year (December and June)
- Ongoing evaluations and feedback
- Communication with your child’s daytime school when appropriate
- Advice and guidance for parents regarding their child’s Dutch language development
Flexible Scheduling
We understand that international families often have busy schedules. Together, we schedule lessons at a fixed weekly time that suits your family. Lessons can be rescheduled according to our terms and conditions.

In één woord: geweldig! Fijne communicatie, zeer persoonlijk contact en de lessen echt helemaal gericht op het kind.
Cristian geniet van alle lessen met juf Anja, maar vooral de “speciale dagen”-lessen vindt hij echt super. Dagen als Koningsdag en Sinterklaas, zoals je kan zien op de foto’s.
Hoe heerlijk is dit, in het buitenland wonend en anderstalig zijnde (zijn eerste taal is Spaans), maar zo online toch helemaal te kunnen onderdompelen in de Nederlandse taal en cultuur.
